Woman Bowler, Evie (Stella) Davidson, is still going strong at 90 years of age in the local bowling community. April 10, 2015 marked her 90th birthday. Eva has been bowling for more than 60 years. Davidson is a regular bowler in both the Tuesday Night Ladies League as well as the Wednesday Morning Seniors’ League in Tilbury. She also bowled in a Tecumseh League until last year when she decided to cut back to just two local leagues instead of three. Back in 2011 Evie was part of a Women’s Bowling team that won Silver in the Open Division of the Chatham Kent Senior Games. Not only is she an avid bowler but years
ago she was quite an accomplished baseball player.
